ASC Investment & Consultants is ably led by Mr. Alok Sinha who is a Senior Counsel in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Mr. Sinha has more than 30 years of experience in various aspects of Law like Company Law, Corporate Law, Taxation, International Agreement & Treaties, Double Taxation Laws, Labour Laws and so on. In his 30 years of illustrious career Mr. Sinha has guided and facilitated many National and International deals benefitting foreign and domestic investors.

Mr. Sinha has been a key speaker in high-level conferences on subject matters relating to FDI, Investment Laws, Tran-border Transactions, FEMA , Arbitration, etc. He has also helped in acquisitions, joint ventures, etc., and executing by informing about investment laws and execution in infrastructure, civil aviation (MRO activities), Medico-tourism, Hospitality industry, Jewar Airport, etc.
